DESCRIPTION: The “Egsa Arcard Game” Contest (”Contest”) Wave 1 begins at 10:00 am CST, July 11, 2015 and ends at after the last prize award OR at 6:00 pm CST July 11, 2015 (”Contest Period”). The Sponsor and Administrator of this Contest is Egsa SoftWorks a division of Egsa Corp. (”Sponsor”, “Contest Administrator”). During this phase, indicia “A1” Arcards will be active.

1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Components to enter the Contest are free, while supplies last, at an event or convention. A purchase of a product or service will not improve the chance of winning.

2. ELIGIBILITY: The Contest is open to legal residents of the 50 United States who are at least 16 years of age at time of entry and who have internet access. Any individuals who have held direct employment with or performed services for Sponsor, Contest Administrator (collectively, “Contest Entities”) 180 days from the start of this “Contest” are not eligible. At the sole discretion of the Sponsor, individuals that have won a previous contest with the Sponsor in the last 24 hours (the previous day of the convention or event) may not be eligible to enter or win (come on, let’s share the wealth people). Void where prohibited.

3. HOW TO ENTER: To enter, an eligible participant with a valid Egsa Arcard(tm) must present an entry with an uncovered prize without uncovering a space marked “Zap!” In the case of an entry from an eligible participant where two or more prizes may be uncovered without an uncovered “Zap!”, the participant may be awarded the prize of lesser value at the sole discretion of the contest Sponsor. If any un-awarded prizes remain unclaimed after supplies of components to enter have been exhausted -or- at the end of the event, convention or convention appearance, any eligible participant presenting an entry with an uncovered space marked “Zap!” may enter to be chosen to win according the Alternate Winner Criteria. A valid Egsa Arcard must have a Wave Indicia (found on the right of the card) that has been declared as active by the Sponsor for the period of the event or convention. Choice of active Wave Indicia or Wave Indicia(s) is the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

4. CLAIM PERIOD AND ALTERNATE WINNER CRITERIA: Prizes must be claimed during the event or convention. The failure to respond by the end of the event or convention may result in forfeiture of the prize and, in such case, Sponsor may select an alternate winner based on the first correct answer to a video game trivia question or best performance in a video game at the sole discretion of the contest Sponsor.
5. WINNERS: Winners will be responsible for any and all federal, state and/or local taxes resulting from acceptance of the prize. Prize winners cannot ask the Sponsor to assign or transfer the prize to another person. No cash or prize substitution is allowed except at the discretion of Sponsor. If a prize cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond the control of Sponsor, a substitute prize of equal or greater retail value may be awarded. Other restrictions may apply.

6. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION/RELEASES: Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and the Contest Administrator, which shall be final in all respects. By participating in this Contest and/or by accepting any prize that they may win, entrants agree to release the Sponsor and Contest Administrator; their parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies, units and divisions and advertising and promotional agencies and prize suppliers; each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives and employees; and each of these companies and individuals’ respective successors, representatives and assigned (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Contest and/or acceptance or use of the prize. Entrants authorize the Released Parties to use their name, voice, likeness, biographical data, city and state of residence and entry materials in programming or promotional material, worldwide in perpetuity, or on a winner’s list, if applicable, without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Sponsor is not obligated to use any of the above mentioned information or materials, but may do so and may edit such information or materials, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, without further obligation or compensation. Except where prohibited by law, all issues and questions concerning the constitution, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the participant and the Sponsor in connection with this Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Illinois in the U.S., without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Illinois, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Illinois in the U.S.

7. SPONSOR: Egsa Corp, Post Office Box 490212, Chicago, IL. 60649 USA. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel the Contest at any time and substitute another promotion in its place.
